Unforgettable

Ghost Creek's entire course will be one that sticks in your mind for years to come!

Tester

Hole #9 is a 469 yard brute of a par 4. The courses namesake, Ghost Creek, runs parallel to the fairway on the right side, then cuts across the fairway at the 150 yard mark. The creek finally empties into a lake that borders the left side of the narrowing fairway and halfway around the green. This hole ranked as the most difficult of the event during the 1993 NIKE TOUR Championship won by David Duval, and again the next year for the 1994 NIKE TOUR Championship. Length and accuracy are two important ingredients to securing a par.

Framed by panoramic views of the Tualatin Hills and vistas of the Coast and Cascade Ranges, Ghost Creek at 6839 yards and par-71 was designed by renowned golf course architect Bob Cupp in the "Old Style", leaving the terrain completely natural. Pristine wetlands, winding creek and heavily forested fairways make the course among the most beautiful and serene, while multiple tees on each hole provide players of all skill levels with an enjoyable challenge.

Which set of tees should I play from? - Ken Jack

A player's handicap is a good indication of which tees to use. Remember that golf is a game to be enjoyed. Could you imagine being a beginning skier going down the most difficult run the first time on the slopes? Golf is similar. Players should start with the forwardmost tee and work their way back as their handicap improves.
